MAKER is seeking a Venue Manager to lead and develop a team across our Richmond and inner-M Melbourne venues. You'll drive exceptional guest experiences, uphold coffee standards, and partner with our roasting and leadership teams to elevate operations.

Candidates should have a hospitality background with leadership experience, at least 2 years in management, and solid communication. This role offers growth, stability, and a clear in-store leadership structure within a growing specialty coffee
