Job Description
CatholicCare NT in Tennant Creek is seeking a Team Leader for the Children & Parenting Program & Youth Enhanced Service to oversee program delivery and mentor a dedicated team in a community-focused setting.

You will provide direct client support, drive program outcomes, and cultivate an inclusive workplace while working closely with Aboriginal families in a culturally rich region. The role includes above award pay, six weeks annual leave, and development opportunities.
