as a Internal Sales based in our Harristown, Toowoomba branch.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: n
Manage high volume incoming customer calls and emails in a skilled and efficient manner
n
Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure optimum service to our customers
n
Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
n
Maintain accurate customer records
n
Other duties, responsibilities and projects may be assigned as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: n




Previous customer service experience
mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
n
Previous experience in sales support highly advantageous
n
Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
n
Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment
n
Experience working with technical products is highly desired but NOT essential
