Job Description
Pace VIC seeks an experienced HSE Officer to join their manufacturing site in Melbourne's western suburbs. This full time role drives a safety-first culture while coordinating the product recycling program from start to finish.

You will lead safety training, audits, investigations and workers' compensation support, while chairing the site safety committee and maintaining HSE records. This is a hands-on, floor-focused position with external partner liaison.
