The Role:

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
n
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas
n
Dispose of rubbish and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
n
Restock kitchen supplies as needed
n
Support the team during busy service periods
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience as a kitchen hand, ideally in a high-volume venue
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
n
Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n
Available to work Monday-Sunday (days and nights)
n
Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
n
