Job Description
Stevenson Fabrication are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team on a Full-Time permanent basis in Numurkah, Victoria. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of high-quality products, supporting the company's ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing n
Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring the integrity and quality of the final products
n
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide your work
n
Operate a range of welding equipment and machinery as required
n
Collaborate with other team members ensuring completion of projects on time and on budget
n
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
n
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operations
What we're looking for n
Self-motivated
, able to work with limited supervision.
n
Relevant trade qualification
Welder Fabricator or Fitter
n
Proficiency in various welding techniques
n
Demonstrated
ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
Excellent
attention to detail
and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Robust




problem-solving and critical thinking skills
to troubleshoot and find solutions
n
Reliable,
safety-conscious
and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to perform all Inherent Physical requirements for welders as detailed within the PD. (PD available on request)
