About the Role n
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Site Fitter based at Glencore's Hail Creek Mine site.
n
Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and timely product and technical support services and advice to the Division's customers.
n
In addition, to supporting the embedded Product Support Advisor the Site Fitter is responsible for assisting with the effective management of customer relationships at site level. This will be a 7on 7 off, rotating day and night roster.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Diagnose & repair equipment faults in a timely manner.
n
Inspect plant and equipment for conformity
n
Liaise and request required spare parts and parts planning
n
Diagnose faults of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
n
Repairs and Servicing of equipment




n
Provide expert reporting and advice to customers
n
Skills & Experience: About you n
n
Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical
n
Liebherr R**** experience is advantageous
n
Liebherr D98 engine experience is preferred
n
High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP & Working at Heights are preferred
n
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting
n
Sound Microsoft Office skills
n
