Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service
n
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
n
Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environment
n
Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies
n
Develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items
n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
n




Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning
n

Qualifications:
n
n
High school diploma or equivalent
n
Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role
n
Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
n
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
