Key Responsabilities n

Build strong relationships with customers both in person, over the phone, and via email
n
n
Assist customers in identifying the correct automotive parts, accessories and 4WD components
n
n
Use parts catalogues, computer systems and supplier portals (full training provided)
n
n
Prepare quotes and process customer orders. Receive, order and organise stock
n
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and support within a team-focused environment
n
n
contribute to achieving sales and customer service goals
n
What We're Looking For n

Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
n
Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
n
n
strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
n

Sound computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic

Genuine interest in automotive, 4WD, machinery or related industries
n

Previous retail automotive, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded
