This full-time role oversees the operation, maintenance and coordination of farm machinery and equipment to support safe, smooth and efficient daily farming operations.

Salary Range:
$70,000- $80,000 plus super

Your Role n
As a Machinery Supervisor, you will manage farm
machineryoperations
to support production goals, maintain equipment in safe and reliablecondition, minimise downtime, supervise machinery operators, and prepare andmonitor work schedules. The role requires practical leadership, soundorganisation and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced
agriculturalenvironment.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Oversee and coordinate the operation of farmmachinery and equipment.
n
Superviseand support a team of machine operators, ensuring tasks are completed correctlyand on schedule.
n
Providehands‐on support by operating machinery when required.
n
Performroutine maintenance and servicing of farm machinery to ensure safe andefficient operation.
n
Implementpreventative
maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
n
Conductsafety checks, toolbox talks,



and ensure compliance with workplace health andsafety standards.
n
Preparework schedules and assign tasks to operators to meet farm production needs.
n
Monitorand evaluate production records and reports to ensure operational efficiency.
n
Maintainaccurate records of machinery use, maintenance, and safety compliance.
n
Actas a frontline leader, ensuring operators receive clear instructions, training,and support.
n
Collaboratewith farm management to align machinery operations with overall farm goals.
n
Ensureall team members adhere to farm safety protocols and operational procedures.
n
Skills & Experience Qualifications n
n
A relevant diploma or certification in
machineryoperation,
agriculture or a related field is preferred.
n
Chemical Certification and mobile equipment licenses.
n
Experience n
n
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role supervising machinery operations in an agricultural setting.
n
Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team of machine operators.
n
Hands‐onexperience with farm machinery, including spraying, slashing, and pruningequipment.
n
Technical & Leadership Skills n
n
Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and operation.
n
Ability to prepare and manage work schedules effectively.
n
Knowledge of OHS principles and a commitment to workplace safety.
n
Good computer skills for maintaining records and reporting.
n
