n Roccella Italian Restaurant Bundoora is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:
n

Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
n
Taking orders and reservations from clients;
n
Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for recent customers;
n
Arranging tables on the restaurant;
n




Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
n
Serving dishes and drinks;
n
Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
n
Serving water and drinks;
n
Collecting payments after service;
n
Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;
n
About you:
n

n
At least 1 year of experience as a Trade Waiter;
n
Ability to work well under pressure;
n
Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
n
Excellent interpersonal skills;
n
Excellent customer service;
n
