AUSPAN are now inviting a
Project Manager
to join our tight knit team to assist with the delivery of building projects across metro and regional sites in WA. This role suits a hands-on PM who takes full ownership of safety, programme, cost, quality and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
End-to-end project delivery: site, programme, budget and quality
n
Safety leadership, site compliance and subcontractor onboarding
n
Subcontractor performance management
n
Client relationship management including variations and programme
n
Procurement coordination and resource planning
n




Project administration using MS Project & Procore
n
Accurate progress, cost-to-complete and risk reporting
n
n
About You – Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience delivering design and construct projects
n
Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia
n
Confident managing multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages
n
Focused on programme and budget
n
Procore experience highly regarded
n
Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure
n
Practical, solutions-focused, and genuinely hands-on
n
n
Minimum Requirements
n
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
n
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
n
Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
n
Collaborative leadership style with effective conflict resolution skills
n
