Customer Service Officer Hawthorne | PermanentWe're looking for an efficient, capable Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and provides an exceptional experience for clients and their families.The role:You'll be one of the first points of contact for new clients, supporting them from their initial enquiry through to a signed service agreement.There's no cold calling.
You'll be working with warm inbound enquiries and managing a mix of phone, email, text and administration.Respond to new client enquiriesExplain services and answer questionsFollow up referrals, documentation and service agreementsKeep clients moving efficiently through the onboarding processCoordinate appointments and support therapist schedulingMaintain accurate information across HubSpot and other systemsManage multiple priorities in a busy environmentAbout you:We're open on background and happy to train the right person.




You might already work in customer service or administration, or come from a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.You'll be:Efficient and highly organisedConfident and personable with clientsQuick to learn new systemsStrong across written and verbal communicationProactive with follow-upComfortable working at pace and switching between prioritiesA genuine team player who is happy to jump in and support othersWhat's on offer:Permanent opportunity with an immediate startFull-time preferred, however a four-day week could be considered for the right personOffice-based initially, with the chance to work from home 1–2 days per week once establishedFull training and support providedJoin a collaborative, fast-paced team.
