This role is ideal for someone passionate about producing high-quality baked goods and working in a fast-paced retail bakery setting.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, mix, knead, and shape dough for a wide range of bread and specialty productsBake products in accordance with recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standardsMonitor fermentation, proofing, and oven temperatures to achieve optimal baking resultsEnsure all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and ready for customer displayMaintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in line with food safety regulationsAssist with stock control, ingredient ordering,
