WE'RE HIRING - PART-TIME / CASUAL COOK
Location: Surfers Paradise
Cafe hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm | Adaptable shifts
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our small kiosk cafe team in the heart of Surfers Paradise
Our menu is focused on simple, fresh and delicious breakfast and lunch options, including breakfast dishes, sandwiches and other cafe favourites
What you'll be doing:
Preparing food and ingredients
Cooking meals when ordered
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
End-of-day cleaning
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently during busy periods
Helping create a positive experience for our customers
What we're looking for:
Basic cooking qualifications and food safety knowledge




Previous experience in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Positive attitude and strong attention to cleanliness
Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in the food they serve
Enthusiastic and passionate about creating great customer experiences
Some training will be provided, but previous commercial kitchen or cafe experience is essential
