Vic's Meat Bondi Junction is looking for an experienced Casual Butcher to join our team for an immediate start, with the opportunity for ongoing work throughout the busy Christmas and Current Year period.This is a great opportunity to work within a premium retail butchery alongside an experienced team, handling some of Australia's best meat and produce.The RoleYou'll work closely with our Store Manager and butchery team, assisting with:Cutting, trimming and preparing premium meatCounter preparation and maintaining high-quality displaysCustomer service and providing product and cooking advicePortioning, weighing, wrapping and labellingStock preparation and replenishmentMaintaining excellent food safety,
