Remedy Plus Medical Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our small, doctor-led specialist medical clinic in Chatswood.
This is a varied role combining hands-on procedural nursing with patient-facing reception, administration and follow-up of prospective patient enquiries and bookings.
The clinic provides specialised services across skin cancer medicine, pelvic floor therapy, medical laser treatments and ear microsuction.
The position is permanent part-time for 16 hours per week, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Additional weekday hours may become available once you are fully trained and confident working independently, including the possibility of an additional Monday.

The clinic provides specialised services across skin cancer medicine, pelvic floor therapy, medical laser treatments and ear microsuction.

Clinical responsibilities
Melanography and mole mapping
Assisting with skin cancer procedures
Performing medical laser treatments
Operating the Emsella chair for pelvic floor therapy
Performing ear microsuction, with training provided if required
Assisting the doctor during procedures
Patient preparation and education
Sterilisation, stock management and treatment-room preparation
Patient service and administration




Answering telephone and patient enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Following up prospective patient enquiries
Explaining services, appointment options and fees
Patient check-in and check-out
Processing payments and Medicare claims
Managing patient forms, appointment confirmations and general clinic administration
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
A friendly, professional and confident manner with patients
Solid telephone, communication and customer-service skills
An interest in procedural and hands‐on nursing
Confidence working independently once appropriately trained
Good computer skills and attention to detailA willingness to learn new procedures and technologies
Previous medical reception, customer‐service or patient‐enquiry experience would be highly regarded
Experience with medical practice management software would be an advantage
Experience with PracSuite would be a significant advantage
Previous experience and competency in ear microsuction would be highly regarded
