This role is based primarily at our Campbelltown location, and the ability to work from this site is essential.
Additional opportunities are available across various Sydney locations, such as Inner West and Sydney CBD.

The Role
Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who require friendly, female support workers to assist in community access and personal care.
You'll provide a mix of:
Emotional support and companionshipDomestic assistance and community accessFollowing strict guidelines outlined in care planExperience supporting clients with high mental health needs (desirable)
Note: This role involves supporting participants with manual handling and hoists needs as well as managing behaviours of concern and deescalation,



personal care, and maintaining a protected living environment.

NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicleCurrent Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPRReliable availability in the Inner West Sydney Region

Experience with manual handling and hoists (highly regarded)Experience providing care to clients with high mental health needsWillingness to assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe home environmentConfidence in deescalating erratic behaviours and managing client triggersConfidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communicationComfortable providing personal care and continence support when required
