Telehealth NurseFull-Time | Work From HomeMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join a growing telehealth healthcare team supporting Australian veterans.This is a fully remote, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.About the RoleYou will provide support to patients via telehealth, working alongside a team of doctors and other healthcare professionals.The role involves patient communication, clinical support, triage, care coordination and following up on patient requests.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.This role would suit a nurse who is confident working independently, highly organised and comfortable working in a busy online healthcare workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting patient consultations via telehealthTaking accurate and detailed clinical notes during consultationsWorking with GPs and the wider clinical teamManaging your own workload and working independentlyManaging appointment bookings and keeping the consultation schedule running smoothlyCommunicating professionally and compassionately with patientsManaging upset,
