We're looking for an organised, proactive Inspections Manager who enjoys being out and about, working independently and getting things done.
About the Role n
You'll support our Property Management team through property inspections, condition reports, rental opens and other property appointments. It's a varied, hands-on role where reliability, attention to detail and follow-through matter.
n
Saturday rental opens are essential, with time off in lieu during the week.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Conduct routine inspections and provide clear reports and photos.
n
Prepare accurate, detailed ingoing and exit condition reports.
n
Conduct midweek and Saturday rental open inspections.
n
Attend miscellaneous property appointments, including meeting suppliers and providing access.
n
Collect, return and organise property keys.
n




Support other property management tasks as required.
n
What We're Looking For n
You're reliable, punctual and organised, with the ability to manage a busy appointment schedule and communicate professionally with renters, clients and suppliers.
n
Experience in property management, leasing or inspections is highly regarded, particularly preparing condition reports. You're comfortable using technology, notice what needs attention and follow tasks through to completion.
n
An Agent's Representative qualification, current driver's licence and Saturday availability are required.
