Job Description
Design & Build is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $50M+ Build-to-Rent apartment development in Perth. You will manage subcontractors, trades and site activities, driving programme, safety, quality and productivity while mentoring the site team.

Join a Tier 2 construction group with a strong pipeline of Build-to-Rent and multi-residential projects, offering long-term stability and clear career progression. The role is based in office in Perth with full project team support.
