BIBA Belgrave is looking for a friendly, confident and qualified hairdresser to join our established salon. We are looking for someone who enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, loves building relationships with clients and wants to work in a relaxed, supportive team workplace. This would suit an experienced stylist looking for a great work/life balance whilst still working in a busy, established salon.
Key responsibilities n

Cutting and styling for women and men
n
Colouring, foiling, balayage and toning
n
Blow waves and finishing
n
Providing professional consultations and recommending suitable services
n
Delivering friendly, high-quality client service
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Working together with the team to keep the salon running smoothly
n




Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients

About you n
n
Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
n
Experience working as a qualified hairdresser
n
Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Friendly, reliable and professional
n
Confident working independently with clients
n
Passionate about hair and providing great results
n
Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
n
Good at communicating and building relationships with clients
