We are looking for a Practice Nurse on a Permanent Part Time basis to join our Medical Practice. Our practice provides a friendly, flexible work environment with ongoing training support and opportunity for career development.
Key responsibilities n

Wound care and dressings
n
Childhood immunisation
n
Cold chain management
n
Knowledge of travel vaccination
n
ECG's and spirometry
n
Assisting doctors with minor procedures
n
Coordinating the patient recall and reminder system
n
Implementing practice infection control and sterilization
n
Managing and ordering of clinical supplies
n
About you n
n
Current unconditional registration with AHPRA
n
Registered Nurse or Medically endorsed Enrolled Nurse
n




Outstanding work ethic, organizational and time management skills
n
Experience in a rapid-paced, multiple practitioner setting
n
Available to work all shifts between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday & Wednesday to Friday
n
Excellent written and oral communication skills
n
Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
n
Demonstrable ability to be reliable, flexible and a team-player
n
Previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting desired
