Inglewood Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery based in Mount Waverley, proudly supplying wholesale partners and coffee lovers across Melbourne and beyond. We roast, package and distribute high-quality coffee to cafés, retailers and businesses, with a strong focus on quality, freshness and food safety.

About the Role
n
As a Pick Packer, you'll be picking, packing and prepping orders at speed to keep our roastery moving through our peak Black Friday and end of year rush. Accuracy matters, but so does pace. If you enjoy a physical, hands-on job where the day flies by, this is for you.
n
This is a casual role with regular hours available, Level 1 rates and an immediate start.
n
Flexible availability is key, as shifts rotate across:
n
8:30am to 5:00pm
n
10:30am to 7:00pm
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Picking, Packing & Production
n
Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately and at pace
n
Grind and package coffee to our quality and freshness standards
n
Keep up with high-volume order periods
n
Food Safety & Hygiene
n




Follow food safety and handling procedures in line with HACCP requirements
n
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and packing areas
n
Complete cleaning and general housekeeping duties
n
Warehouse & Stock
n
Receive and store stock from suppliers
n
Carry out general warehouse organisation and stock management
n
Use the walkie stacker and pallet jack to move stock safely
n
Maintain OH&S; standards across the warehouse
n
Team & Culture
n
Work collaboratively with the production and dispatch team
n
Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues
n
Contribute to a positive, hardworking team environment
n

You will be successful in this role if you:
n
Have previous warehouse, pick/pack, fulfilment or food handling experience
n
Can lift up to 20kg unassisted
n
Are comfortable on your feet for full 8 hour shifts
n
Are punctual and reliable, every shift, no exceptions
n
Work well under pressure and keep pace during high-volume periods
n
Have strong attention to detail, even when moving quickly
n
Work well as part of a team
n
Are available through to February, with flexibility across shift times
n

Applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights. Student visa holders are not eligible for this role due to the hours required.
