The Chance n
We're currently looking for
experienced Carpenters
to join our team at both our
Coolum Beach
and
Crestmead factories
. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands‐on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on‐site.

Your Day‐to‐Day n
We're seeking skilled
Carpenters
to join our production team. You'll play a hands‐on role in fabricating, assembling, installing and finishing modular components both in our factory and on site. This is a full‐time role offering consistent hours, structured schedules and long‐term career opportunities.

Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit‐off, cladding and finishes
n
Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings
n
Work collaboratively with production,



site and design teams to meet project milestones
n
Conduct quality checks and maintain safe, compliant work practices
n
Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)
n
What You'll Need n
n
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
n
5+ years' experience in residential or modular construction
n
Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
n
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
n
Strong communication skills and a team‐first attitude
n
Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets
n
White Card and valid driver's license
n
Desirable
: Lead carpenter experience, fix‐out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket
n
