Job Description
idealo is seeking a Data Scientist (Data Analysis – Customer Success) to support our Customer Success team. You will develop, analyze, and document data to support the KISO framework, improve customer communication on data analysis, and explore KPI indicators for customer data insights.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines with SQL, delivering insights for dashboards, and collaborating with internal teams to leverage quality data for business advantage in a competitive market.
