Job Description
Monash Health invites applications for a Grade 3 Social Worker in the Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU) at Dandenong Hospital. You will work within an experienced multidisciplinary team to assess and intervene psychosocially for consumers with severe and persistent mental health challenges.

The role involves managing a diverse caseload, supporting recovery, and facilitating community transition with families and carers, while addressing housing, safety, and access to supports.
