The Beach Hotel (The Beachy) is a Byron Bay landmark, right on Main Beach. With ocean views, great music, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, it's where locals and visitors come together for valuable food, cold drinks, and a genuine Byron experience.

Hours
: Mixed roster (3–5 shifts per week, a mix of days and nights)

We're looking for a Cellar Attendant to join our back-of-house team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands‐on role focused on managing stock, changing kegs, and supporting the bar and bottle shop teams.
Key Responsibilities n
Change kegs and maintain stock rotation.
n
Complete regular stock checks and assist with inventory.
n
Receive and store deliveries accurately.
n
Maintain and refill soft drink gas and syrup systems.
n
Replenish ice stations and assist with bar stock as needed.
n
Keep the cellar clean, organised, and safe.
n




Follow all safety procedures for lifting and cellar maintenance.
Skills and Experience n
Experience in a cellar or stock role is an advantage but not essential.
n
Good attention to detail and organisation.
n
Physically capable of lifting kegs and moving stock safely.
n
Works well under pressure and in a team environment.
n
Forklift licence required.
n
NSW RSA required.

Available for day and night shifts (3–5 per week), especially over summer.
