$45–$50 p/h + Super + Travel + Penalties

THE ROLE n
n
Lead crews across
road construction, subdivisions & general civil works
n
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and keep projects moving
n




Work alongside Site Supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
n
Hands-on role for someone who knows civil construction and isn't afraid to get stuck in
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR n
n
4–5 years' civil construction experience
n
Solid background across
roads and subdivisions
n
Previous Leading Hand experience or ready to step up
n
Reliable, motivated and hungry to progress
n
Strong communication and a
get-it-done attitude
n
Machine Tickets (excavator, skid-steer, roller, loader etc.) Highly Regarded
n
