About the Role n
You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service while helping create engaging experiences where children can learn, play, grow and belong.
n
You'll:
n

Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
n
Support engaging play-based experiences that encourage learning, creativity and fun
n
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing
n
Support the daily operation of the service as the Responsible Person when required
n
Lead by example and support fellow educators
n
Work collaboratively with your team to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
n
Uphold our commitment to child safety and wellbeing

About You n
We're looking for a reliable and passionate educator who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for children.
n
You'll have:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or a recognised equivalent completed qualification
n
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
Experience working with children in an education or care setting
n
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
n
