We're partnering with a national accounting firm with a strong international network to find an Intermediate Tax & Business Services Accountant for their Central Queensland office. This is a fantastic chance to work with rural and regional clients while gaining exposure to national and global expertise.

The Role:

Support managers and partners across a diverse client portfolio, delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS and assist with month-end processes
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Conduct financial analysis and contribute to business advisory projects
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Build strong client relationships with a focus on rural and regional clients
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Travel regionally to meet clients and attend community events
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Collaborate within a high-performing team and the wider
national/international
network
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Contribute to a positive, supportive office culture
n

About You:
n

n
n
n




1–3 years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
CA or CPA-qualified, or near completion
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Strong interest in the agriculture and rural business sector
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and a client-centric approach
n
n
n
n
n
n
n
Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn
n
