We are looking for
motivated and driven Sales Agents
who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
About the role
n

As a Sales Agent at Hockingstuart Real Estate, you'll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:
n
n
n
Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, and networking
n
n
Building relationships with buyers and sellers
n
n
Hosting property inspections and open homes
n
n
Conducting auctions and negotiation processes
n
n
Coordinating contract signings and transaction management
n
About you
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets
n
n
A minimum qualification of an Agent's Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
n
n




A valid driver's license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)
n
n
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
Skilled demeanor with a client-first mindset
