Project Manager | Commercial Construction

n BuiltSTRONG Recruitment is working with an established commercial builder to recruit a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through to handover.

The opportunity n
You will take responsibility for project delivery, working closely with site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to manage programme, budget, quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing projects from commencement through to completion and handover.
n
Developing and monitoring construction programmes and coordinating key milestones.
n
Overseeing budgets, procurement, variations and commercial reporting.
n
Leading project teams and supporting effective site delivery.
n
Coordinating consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
n
Maintaining clear communication with clients and other stakeholders.
n
Ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
n
About you n
We are particularly interested in Project Managers with
strong commercial new build construction experience
. Candidates from a




fit-out or refurbishment background
will also be considered where they can demonstrate sound technical knowledge, commercial capability and successful project delivery.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and subcontractor coordination.
n
Confidence managing project financials and contractual requirements.
n
The ability to build positive relationships and lead teams effectively.
n
A practical approach to problem-solving and ownership of project outcomes.
n
Relevant construction qualifications or an equivalent industry background.
n
