Job Description
Eastern Health is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support growth and day-to-day coordination of volunteer services. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, recognition and retention, while ensuring policy compliance across the organisation.

The position is primarily based at Box Hill Hospital with occasional travel to other campuses. You'll work in a small team, liaising with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance the volunteer experience within Melbourne's
