Job Description
If you have an interest in
treasury finance
incorporating
technical accounting
and are looking to work on complex, bespoke engagements and transactions with a focus on
IFRS 9
and
hedge accounting
, as well as providing ongoing treasury finance operations, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities: n
n
Provision of outsourced
derivative accounting
for a diverse client base
n
Delivery of bespoke
hedge accounting solutions
for client transactions and business activities
n
Continual client engagement, serving as their subject matter expert on various aspects of
IFRS 9
n
Treasury financial management and
treasury reporting
including securitisation finance
n




Engagement with global counterparts on various projects
n
Ad hoc project engagements for clients as required
n
Experience: n
n
CA/CPA qualified
or close to qualification
n
Interest in technical accounting, and in particular
IFRS 9
n
Understanding of
financial instruments
is highly valued
n
Proven background in
treasury accounting or securitisation
n
Solid communicator, and an ability to work with a diverse client base
n
Diligent approach to researching solutions for unique scenarios
n
