Panache Hotel Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Night
Auditor/Receptionist
to join our team at Peppers Southern Cross Melbourne Hotel. This is a part-time position that require to work on-site overnight, located at 679 La Trobe Street, Docklands **** VIC.

The Night Auditor will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, with key responsibilities including:

Warmly and professionally greeting guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and online/phone bookings.
n
Timely resolution of guest queries and concerns.
n




Processing payments and maintaining a balance of folios.
n
Keeping the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
n
Executing daily tasks assigned by the Hotel Manager and Duty Manager.
n
Maintaining accurate guest records in the hotel database.
n
Keeping the hotel secure after hours and following hotel security protocols, reporting any incidents.
n
Manage the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures.
n
Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations.
n
Ensure the Property Management System and relevant software roll the day successfully each night.
n
Ensure a clear and comprehensive handover occurs with the PM Duty Manager and that they complete their shift.
n
Ensure all master keys are accounted for at the end of each day.
n
Assist line staff when required.
n
Inspect and patrol each of the hotel room level at night time at least every 1 hour.
n
Job Requirements n
n
Legal Right to Work in Australia, foreigner must provide a copy of VISA Granted Letter.
n
Fluency in English
n
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the hotel industry.
n
Ability to travel to the workplace is a prerequisite for the role
n
Must able to work overnight.
