We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Noosa Heads, Queensland. This temporary, casual role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.

Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
n
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in positive condition.
n
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a high level of understanding of cleaning procedures is required.
n
Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage.
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
