Job Description
APM in Cairns QLD seeks a clinician to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC tool across the region. This part time role offers autonomy with four days per week and travel to aged care homes.

You will interview residents and staff, review records, and triangulate data to classify funding levels. Travel region-wide and occasional cross-regional support are expected. Requires 5+ years post-registration and current AHPRA registration.
