Job Description
Queensland Government, Rockhampton Hospital, is opening an Adult Inpatient Mental Health Service. This non-traditional security role focuses on proactive engagement, keeping patients and visitors secure in a high-quality healthcare setting.

You will use trauma-informed communication and de-escalation, monitor clinical areas, support recovery-focused care with the multidisciplinary team, and escalate concerns when needed.
