Mackay Radiology, part of IDX Group, invites applications for a permanent full-time medical receptionist. The role involves welcoming patients, registering and processing documents, handling calls, and scheduling using Karisma RIS.

You will need robust communication, empathy, data-entry accuracy, EFTPOS/cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. Monday to Friday, with training and opportunities for career development.
