We are seeking a motivated
Workshop/
Production Manager
for our SMART Fyshwick location.
n
In this role you'll oversee daily workshop operations, drive productivity and quality standards, and lead a team of trade-qualified technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs.
n
If you're an experienced leader within the collision repair industry who is passionate about people, safety, and delivering outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday with a great, supportive Repair Centre Manager & team.

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills,



particularly Excel
n
A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
n
n
Most importantly, you'll make safety your number one priority for yourself, your team, and your customers.
