Job Description
As a Wholesale Sales / Business Development Representative at Decor Collective, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our high-quality products.
n
This on the road, full-time position will see you engaging with existing wholesale customers as well as prospecting for new business opportunities across Victoria.
What you'll be doing n
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with current wholesale customers to drive repeat business and maximise sales
n
Proactively identifying and pursuing new leads for wholesale partnerships
n
Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all wholesale clients
n
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
n
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
n
What we're looking for n
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in a wholesale or B2B sales role
n
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting, customer relationship management and account development
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
n
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
n
