Casual Waiter / Waitress - Fine Dining n
We are looking for friendly, professional, and passionate waitstaff to join our team in a premium dining environment.

What You'll Do n

Welcome and seat guests professionally
n
Take food and beverage orders accurately
n
Provide attentive and personalised table service
n
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages
n
Recommend dishes, wines, and specials to guests
n
Communicate dietary requirements and special requests clearly
n
Serve food and drinks to company service standards
n
Clear and reset tables efficiently
n
Process bills and payments accurately
n
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
n




Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and RSA requirements
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Previous restaurant experience preferred, ideally in fine dining or premium hospitality
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Professional presentation and positive attitude
n
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
n
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
n
Valid NSW RSA Certificate
n
