nA & T Beverages Pty Ltd T/A Armidale Coffee House requires a dedicated Full-time Coffee Shop Manager for its daily operation and effective overall management n
n
nDuties and responsibilities: n
n• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards n
n• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices n
n• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services n
n• Selling goods to customers and replying to them on product inquiry n
n• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions n
n• Undertaking budgeting for the business n
n• Selecting, training and supervising staff n
n• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations n
n• Negotiating and liaising for bulk discount for purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers n
n• Designing and implementing pricing, marketing, promotional and display strategies n
n• Anticipating consumer trends and determining quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased n
n• Monitoring sales data and stock levels and customer's buying patterns of various categories n
n• Display promotions and clearance sales. n
n
nThe applicant must have. n
n• Minimum Diploma level qualification n
n• Minimum 3 Years of recent and verifiable work experience in a similar role. n
n• Sound Discipline, Operation and Leadership skills n
n• Solid administration, decision making, management and communication skills n
n• Professional attitude and basic accounting knowledge n
