Receptionist
to join our front-of-house team and support our talented Therapists.
What You'll Do n

Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism
n
Manage bookings, phone calls and client enquiries
n
Coordinate the day-to-day flow of the clinic and support the team
n
Handle stock control, client feedback and online store fulfilment
n




Assist with marketing and social media activities
n
Help create a calm, polished and uplifting Medispa environment
n
What You'll Bring n

Experience in reception, customer service or clinic coordination
n
Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
n
Friendly, skilled presentation and genuine care for clients
n
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused attitude

Interest in beauty, skin or wellness (bonus if you've worked in the industry)
