About the Role n
As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will continue to deliver exceptional, person-centred care while also acting as a role model and support for your colleagues. You'll help drive consistency, quality, and compassion across services in the Ipswich region.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Deliver high-quality personal care, ensuring clients' dignity, comfort, and independence are always upheld
n
Support clients with daily living activities (e.g. personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation)
n
Monitor client wellbeing and proactively report or escalation changes in condition
n
Take a more active role in care planning and supporting best practice across the team
n
Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
n




Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
n
Provide guidance and informal support to other Care Practitioners
n
Actively participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen leadership capability
n
What We're Looking For n

Have experience as a Care Practitioner or in a similar role
n
Demonstrate a robust commitment to person-centred care
n
Are ready to take on increased responsibility and lead by example
n
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships
n
Work well independently and within a team
n
Show reliability, initiative, and genuine care for client wellbeing
n
A relevant qualification in health or social care
