Kennedy Reid is partnering with a global leader in financial administration and shareholder services, with ongoing short-term campaign opportunities available for Customer Service Representatives.
n
These roles are perfect for students, part-time workers, people between roles or anyone looking for short-term work with the flexibility to take on assignments as they become available.
n
Campaigns typically run for 1-2 weeks at a time, with ongoing opportunities available throughout the year for those who perform well and have continued availability.
Your responsibilities may include: n
n
Providing a high level of customer service to clients and stakeholders
n
Handling inbound and outbound calls
n
Providing explicit, accurate and timely information
n
Responding to customer enquiries and escalating where required
n
Collecting and accurately recording customer information
n
Coordinating the dispatch of physical and digital communications
n
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
n
Completing general administration and data entry
n
Following campaign processes, scripts and procedures
n
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
n
Location:
Abbotsford, Melbourne
n
Hourly Rate: $*****+super per hour, paid weekly
n
About you n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Have previous customer service, contact centre or administration experience




n
Enjoy speaking with customers and providing a positive experience
n
Have confident verbal and written communication skills
n
Are comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
n
Have strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
Are confident using computers and learning new systems quickly
n
Can work in a fast-paced environment
n
Are reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed roster
n
Can commit to the full duration of each assignment (typically 1-2 weeks)
n
Are interested in picking up ongoing campaign-based work as further opportunities become available
n
