We are looking for like-minded lovers of our design-led stationery and lifestyle brands (eg: Moleskine, LAMY, Studio Milligram, Kinto and many more) to join our Milligram stores across the country temporarily for the festive period – September/October to January/February. Our team is passionate about delivering a memorable service experience, connecting our customers with our amazing brands and the right product for their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment which will in turn achieve results in our stores.
The Role n
You will be responsible for:
n
Engaging meaningfully with our customers to create the experiential retail experience for which Milligram is known
n
Achieving exceptional sales and KPI results to contribute to team performance
n
Assisting us to maintain impeccable store presentation, meeting VM & cleaning standards
n
Developing product knowledge and keeping across changes in our exciting range
n
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
The Successful Applicant n
To besuccessful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
n
Have availability to work hours across 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends
n
Availability during the months of November and December is essential
n
A strong passion for sales and customer service
n
Excellent people skills that help you engage with our diverse customer base
n
A positive, versatile, 'can do' attitude
n
A curious mind, always wanting to learn more about our amazing brands
n
Ability to connect with quality, design-led stationery and lifestyle products
