This is a contract position and an ideal role for someone who enjoys being organised, has attention to detail, and works with a variety of teams to help bring products and marketing initiatives to life.
What you'll do: n
n
Support new product setup and product change activities
n
Assist with labels, packaging artwork, and marketing materials
n
Help coordinate workflows across Marketing, Regulatory, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
n
Maintain records, trackers, and business systems to keep projects on track
n
Assist with presentations, promotional materials, events, and digital content updates
n
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
n
About you: n
We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace.
You'll bring: n
n
Previous administration, marketing support, or coordination experience
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
n




Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
n
Comfortable working autonomously and on multiple tasks concurrently
n
