Allied Pumps is a family-owned Western Australian business delivering pumping, treatment and water infrastructure solutions across Australia. Our CBS sales team works with commercial customers to supply the right pumping solutions for their projects and sites.

About the role
n
We're growing our CBS sales team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant who wants to build a long-term career in sales and leadership. You'll work alongside an experienced Senior Sales Consultant and manage your own client base and sales budget from day one.
n
n
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. You'll get hands-on coaching, a structured development plan and a clear pathway to leading your own sales team as your skills and results develop.

What you'll do
n
n
Manage and grow your own client base and sales budget
n
Build strong relationships with existing customers and win new business through prospecting, calls, site visits and networking
n
Prepare quotes, follow up opportunities and convert enquiries into orders
n
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
n




Work with our technical and engineering teams on more complex requirements
n
Keep accurate CRM records and use sales data to find opportunities
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
At least 2 years' experience in B2B, account management or technical sales
n
A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n
Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
n
Self-motivation, organisation and the drive to develop into a leadership role
n
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Experience in pumps, plumbing, hydraulics, fire, HVAC, building services or construction supply is highly regarded.
n
